Well, I've started lessons in show jumping. I might do pony club or eventing, but jumping is my main focus for now.
Also I have a Formspring, as well I got a Tumblr the other day. I like it so much more than Twitter! (I deleted my account there). So check there for newer updates or to ask questions! :3

Updates Sept.2/2010
I found my perfect horse! BUT Sugar hasn't sold! And we cant afford 2 horses!! So I might not be able to buy my dream horse!! If we can't I'll be soo heart broken!! :(
ALSO Sugar was SUPPOSED to be going on a free lease which is why we were looking at horses, but something came up with her leaser..... :(
We're going to try and see if we can keep 2 horses temporarily, and we're trying REALLY hard to sell Sugar.

Sugar
I though I should probably talk a little about my first horse Sugar.
15.3hh 14 yr old, WB/TB dark bay Mare.
She is a handful, but my sunshine and I trust her with my life.
When we bought her, Sugar was spooky and VERY head shy. She was very hot, and hard to control. But I wanted to trust her, and her trust me. I did ground work with almost no riding for nearly a year before we had bonded enough for us to start riding.
Dressage 2010
We worked with a trainer, and I soon learned her buttons. We did mainly low jumping and pleasure, but last year I wanted to explore Sugar's vast dressage experience. She was a handful, and it took forever for her to settle into the program, but she soon started loving it, and we spent all last year enjoying training level dressage. We had the winter off, and this year we decided to sell her, as no one else in the family could ride (their beginners.).
Summer 2010
We has lots of interest, and Sugar is now going on a free lease, which is best, cause I think I want to keep her, and just 'grow' into her. I have the talent, and I know how well we do in lessons.
I feel that the girl who wants to free lease with option to buy will really enjoy her, while I take a break from my baby, who WOULD NOT be the way she is today without me, and I'll be taking lessons on different horses. When the girl says she wants to purchase, we might say we'd like to keep her, as she's just too perfect. But she may continue free leasing/leasing if she wishes. :)
My darling Sugar, you are the only horse that I will hop on in a halter bareback and ride with no riding gear or a helmet. I trust you with my life.
I have the feeling that I might keep Sugar until she retires. :D

Hello Hello!
First off, I have 1 other blog, but that Is for my artistic side.
This blog is for me to document my riding progress and equine experiences, since I can't keep a journal or a diary. haha.
